When stars like our Sun, between 40% and ~800% of our mass, run out of hydrogen in their core, they start to die.

The core contracts and heats up, causing the outer layers to expand as the star becomes a helium-burning red giant.

    Star-Date: 2016 …… and till stuck in the rut of nuclear hydrogen models.

    Note to Thor…human progress is slow due to stubborn idealist theories. Maybe atmospheric plasma effects will change opinion in the immediate future as the next ice age begins. Will there be enough time for them to learn and adapt? Hahahaha I very much doubt it….did you see the construction of the Apollo 11 lander??

    PS Even the ancients knew about the pretty symetrical patterns of electrical plasma effects as their many paintings and writings prove…yet people read Revelations as if it were a description of downtown Manhatten 1965. Those people found it almost impossible to describe what they saw. Lets see if modern man, when faced with these electrical sky-demons, can do any better…..(will your iPhone still work in those conditions to capture the events???).
